Rule tier answers what it can for free, a cheap model drafts the routine rest, and only low-confidence or high-stakes items escalate to the expensive model. This demo runs all three tiers as offline stand-ins (regex rules, a length/question confidence score, a high-stakes keyword flag) so you can see the routing and the cost math. The CLI kit swaps tiers 2 and 3 for real model calls.
